Immediate, strong and sustained action is needed to reduce Western Australia's greenhouse gas emissions. Our policies aim to achieve a transition in Western Australia, within this generation, to an efficient, low carbon economy powered predominantly by renewable energy. The policies also avoid any involvement in the nuclear fuel chain that ends in nuclear waste or nuclear weapons.
