Australia/Perth
. Adults gold coin donation - people up to 16 years free
The Sun Fair is aimed at introducing the people of Perth to sustainable living concepts, technology and lifestyles. Major themes of the fair include renewable energy, energy efficiency, environment conservation and natural living.
The Perth Sun Fair was established in 2003 to bring the issue of environmental sustainability to the general public’s attention, aiming to include people from all areas of the community. Highly successful, the Sun Fair has now become an annual event. It is about people, community, and learning about sustainability in a relaxed and fun way. Importantly, it provides a forum for businesses to display products which help people find a more sustainable way of living. It has also been popular with political, government and other interest groups who are all welcome to promote their own ways of moving toward a more sustainable way of life. Please visit the Perth Sun Fair site for more information: http://www.perthsunfair.com.au/index.htm
